

Who We Are
Mission: To promote healthy aging and independence for seniors aged 60 and older through many resources and support.
The Office of Senior Services in Macomb County was created to provide support for older adults in the region. It was created to address the growing needs of the aging population, promoting the well-being of seniors through resources, services, and programs. The office aims to help seniors maintain their independence and access necessary services to age in place. The organization continues to grow by offering a range of programs that support seniors and their caregivers, ensuring they have the tools needed to thrive in their communities!
What We Do
To fulfill its mission, the Office of Senior Services provides various programs and services tailored to the needs of seniors. These include:
- Nutrition Services
- Friendly Caller Program
- GoldenBerry Adult Day Center
- Handy Helpers Program
- Resource Advocacy
These initiatives help seniors with independence, and promote community inclusion, helping with the Office’s mission to support aging well in Macomb County.
