Saline Area Social Service

Mission: To provide food, emergency aid, and support to those in need within the Saline community.

For over 60 years, SASS has been a private, tax-exempt non-profit organization serving the most vulnerable students, families, and senior citizens in and around the Saline area. Saline Area Social Service is a 100% community-funded organization in Saline, MI that serves over 600 people each year. Whether our clients’ needs are financial, physical, emotional or require information, we’re here to help.

SASS offers a range of services to support our community members facing financial hardships. We provide food assistance, limited financial aid, and other support services to individuals and families in need. Our programs aim to alleviate immediate needs and promote long-term self-sufficiency, fostering a compassionate community where neighbors support one another.
