This summer, Fair Food Network (FFN) will be the beneficiary of Whole Foods Market’s Community Support Day. On August 11, 2015, 5% of all purchases made in the 6 Whole Foods Markets across Michigan will support FFN’s work, and we need volunteers in the stores to connect with shoppers about our mission and programs! We will need these volunteers at their stores in the following cities:
Ann Arbor (two stores), Detroit, West Bloomfield, Troy, and Rochester Hills.
Volunteers will set up with a table and information to pass out at the front of the stores, and hours are flexible. Informing Whole Foods customers about our work supporting farmers, strengthening local economies, and increasing access to healthy food will assure them that their purchase is going to an important cause.
