We are seeking a responsible individual to assist with agency outreach efforts; 

Your responsibilities will entail:

Finding and attending community events Networking  Building agency awareness by being a face in the community 

We are looking for a responsible individual who can assist with answering a multi-line phone system 

 

You responsibilities will include: 

Answering high volume multi-phone line Keeping record of needed office supplies  Greeting walk-in clients  Monitoring the front desk  Making copies of needed form  Ordering brochures as they run low  Preforming other clerical duties as requested by Management Team

Seeking a responsible individual who can assist with fundraising efforts.  Your responsibilities would entail: 

Develop strategies to encourage new or increased contributions.

Recruit sponsors, participants, or volunteers for fundraising events.

Direct or supervise fundraising staff, including volunteer staff members.

Secure commitments of participation or donation from individuals or corporate donors.

Identify and build relationships with potential donors

Attend community events, meetings, or conferences to promote organizational goals or solicit donations or sponsorships.

Design or produce materials such as posters, Web sites, or newsletters to promote, market, or advertise fundraising events.

Develop or implement fundraising activities, such as annual giving campaigns or direct mail programs.

 

Committee Job Duties entail:

Setting up meeting areas 

Signing attendees in using Sign in sheet 

Assist with serving food 

Assisting blind and visually impaired individuals with navigating to their seats, elevators and the restrooms 

Cleaning up after the meeting
