Overview:
Join the Post Adoption Resource Center (PARC) as an Administrative Volunteer
and play a key role in supporting behind-the-scenes efforts that help serve
families in 13 counties in southern MI. This is a great opportunity for someone
who enjoys organization, working with data, and contributing to meaningful work
in a supportive office environment.
Schedule: Ongoing/recurring. A minimum of 2–4
hours per week is preferred, with flexibility for additional hours.
Volunteer Responsibilities:
· Assist with entering and verifying data for state and agency reporting.
· Track and monitor internal spreadsheets.
· Work with reports and other administrative tools.
· Create resource sheets and other materials for families.
· Take on additional administrative projects as needed.
Ideal Qualifications:
· Prior administrative experience is a preferred.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Comfortable using computers and software tools.
· Reliable and organized.
Requirements:
· Must complete an interview.
· Must pass a background check.
