Volunteer: National Day of Action Volunteer Opportunity!Join us at House N2 Home (located on the Trinity Health Ann Arbor campus) for a great feel-good experience. HN2H is always busy, and we will spend the day doing any number of things: preparing items to go to a client's home, sorting and putting away new donations, working outside in our courtyard, loading and unloading our moving vans. The possibility exists for volunteers to go on a client move depending on the schedule. Volunteer: Donate Furniture & Household ItemsWe are always in need of furniture and household items. We only accept items in good, usable condition, because our clients deserve it. We appreciate your donations to House N2 Home and kindly ask that you sort through your donations before delivering them. This saves us time sorting through unwanted goods and having to re-donate them. Thank you for reviewing our donation criteria listed below. When contacting us regarding donations, PLEASE INCLUDE A PHOTO of your items, if possible. Please contact us with any questions. ONLY CLEAN, GENTLY USED, QUALITY ITEMS Please do NOT donate anything broken or in need or repair. No excessively heavy or large items (some desks, dressers are just too big). We do accept mattresses and boxsprings, however we cannot accept any with stains or tears. Any bedding or fabric item should be freshly washed before donating. No items with missing parts.
