Frederick Douglass for Young Men is shared leadership with all staff, parents and community members to educate all students in a clean, safe, and healthy environment that uses technology to enhance learning and prepares all students as lifelong learners.  The goal of administrators, faculty, and staff is to create a climate, culture, and overall positive attitude that is conducive to learning and closing the achievement gap.
