Thirkell Elementary-Middle

Thirkell Elementary/Middle School has served students as an educational pillar in the city of Detroit for nearly 100 years.

Thirkell services students in grades K – 8. Our exceptional student education program includes Pre-K Austism Spectrum Disorder, Pre-K Early Childhood Developmental Delay, Mild Cognitive Impaired, Elementary and Middle School Emotionally Impaired classrooms, and Resource teacher support.
