Detroit’s Neighborhood Comeback Development is a 501c3 non-profit that is created by your local residents on a mission to provide equitable housing solutions. Create immersive educational experiences and carve out community spaces for our locals while giving them a fighting chance to be a part of revitalizing Detroit.

We rehab the land bank housing and activate/support social impact through clean up, starting block groups, community gardening, facilitating garden classes, financial literacy and workforce development programs. Bringing back the village mindset and create a self-sustained community.
