Who We Are

Mission: To provide long-term, safe environments and comprehensive support for adult survivors of human trafficking.

Hope Against Trafficking is a non-profit campaign answering the call for safe housing and restorative support for adult women survivors of sex and labor trafficking in Southeast Michigan. We offer Magdalene Detroit – a 24-month residential program that provides rent-free housing and comprehensive services focused on physical, mental and economic transformation. This is the first program of its kind in Southeast Michigan.

What We Do

We provide completely free, a 2-year residential holistic program. HOPE provides housing and comprehensive services, focused on their spiritual, physical, mental, and economic needs, giving them hope for their futures, and empowering them to thrive maybe for the very first time. HOPE is centered around a trauma informed, victim-centered approach. This allows for individualized plans, to offer the victims of human trafficking the opportunity to make informed decisions about the support they need to work through the impact of the crime and help them work toward identifying and achieving their personal goals.
