

Who We Are
Mission: To strengthen family by equipping men, women and youth who are at risk of becoming non-achievers with the skills and resources to become productive citizens with new hope; living purposeful lives with moral and ethical values.
DAPCO is dedicated to assisting individuals become stabilized, well rounded and anchored members of society. As a community outreach, DAPCO strives to build long term, supportive relationships with individuals in our target area. Through these relationships, we propose to provide tools, resources and information that will include structured plans of resolution along with planned tactics that can be implemented as avenues for improving quality of life for mankind.
What We Do
Family Services include, but are not limited to:
- Entrepreneurial coaching & business start-up for women
- Youth on a Positive Note Role-model mentoring program
- “Intertwined” Marriage and Relationship Enhancement program
- Employability Training and Intern program for Youth
- Alternate Solution (Ex-offender resource & intervention)
- Parent and Baby in Need program
- Friends that Care – Senior Patrol
- 8. Human Trafficking Prevention and Service implementation
