WTPOF runs a paid internship program for formerly incarcerated individuals that combines hands-on organic farming with education, personal goal-setting, and skill-building from March through October. Interns gain work experience, develop life skills, and reconnect with their community through purposeful labor and mentorship.
Through our No Cost Food Distribution initiative, we also provide free, organically grown produce to underserved community members—distributing over 1,200 pounds of food and connecting with hundreds of neighbors since 2020. Together, these programs address both systemic inequities and food insecurity while building a stronger, more inclusive community.
