August 2nd-6th, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. - Alley Cleanup
Join us in cleaning up eight blocks just south of the John C. Lodge Freeway. From Dexter Ave. to Linwood St. along the Lodge’s service drive and Fenkell Ave. we will be cleaning alleys and removing curbside debris.
The target alleys are divided into phases: Phase 1- Dexter/Muirland, Phase 2- Muirland/Parkside, Phase 3- Parkside/Lawton, Phase 4- Lawton/Linwood.
August 7th, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. - Beautification
In collaboration with ARISE Detroit Neighborhoods we will work at 15368 Fairfield St. (the location of our Native Butterfly Meadow perennial garden) on various neighborhood Placemaking Projects.

Please bring your own mask, gloves and water. Tools and supplies will be provided. Wear comfortable clothing (that means weather-appropriate!) and closed toe shoes. This is a light rain or shine event. If heavy down pours occur, volunteers will be notified at least 2 hours before the event.
