We are looking for volunteers to help out with Family Fun Night! Students and their families in the Future Leaders Program are invited to join for games, crafts and food. We are expecting at least 50 people to attend this event.
Family Fun Night will take place next Saturday, February 20th from 6:30-8:30pm at Parkridge Community Center (591 Armstrong Drive, Ypsilanti). Dinner will consist of a potluck of the following: chicken, spaghetti, macaroni & cheese, bread & butter, salad & dressing, fruit, and brownies/cookies.
We will have one room dedicated to arts and crafts, another room for playing board games, one for checking families in, one for serving the food, and the gym for playing relay games.
Please respond ASAP if you are able to volunteer, what activity you would like to help with, and if you want to bring a dish to pass! We are asking volunteers to arrive at 6:00pm to help set up.
