I would like to extend an upcoming volunteer opportunity to you to assist with our 2014 Annual Appeal mailing.
The appeal is our annual opportunity to update friends of Dawn Farm on our past year, include stories of hope and healing, and raise important funds to continue our work.
The opportunity will consist of putting together the letters with their inserts, and stuffing, stamping and sealing the envelopes in preparation for them to be mailed.
Due to the size of this mailing, we will be working on it over the span of 3 days - giving you several opportunities to participate based upon your schedule and interest.
When:
- Thursday, Nov. 20th 9 am - noon
- Thursday, Nov. 20th 1 - 4 pm
- Friday, Nov. 21st 9 am - noon
- Friday, Nov. 21st 1 - 4 pm
- Saturday, Nov. 22nd 9:30 am -1:30 pm
Note: you are welcome to volunteer for multiple days/shifts
Where:
- Dawn Farm - 6633 Stony Creek Road Ypsilanti, 48197
*We will be working in the Community Barn (big, red barn)
