Spring 2026: My Home Library Book Fairs
Join us as we gift new books to elementary school students to help them grow into strong readers!
United Way for Southeastern Michigan is partnering with Scholastic, Inc. to host several My Home Library Book Fairs at local elementary schools throughout the year. At these book fairs, students will get to pick out free books to take home with them to create a home library.
Volunteers will:
- Help students pick out books
- Help keep books organized
- Assist with the book check-out process
- Assist in other areas of the event as needed
All My Home Library book fairs are listed below. Check back often as additional dates are being scheduled!
May 11- 13: Cesar Chavez Middle School
Volunteers are needed to support the My Home Library book fair at Cesar Chavez Middle School.
