Volunteer Job Descriptions (10 Volunteers total):
5-6:30pm
- 5 door monitors- directing guests from the entrances of the building to the correct room
- 2 sign-in table volunteers: checking in guests (event is rsvp only)
- 2 ushers- assisting people in finding seating in the auditorium
8-8:30pm
- 2 Clean-up crew- tearing down tables and basic tidying of the space (staff will be helping)
