In conjunction w/ World Day Against Trafficking in Persons

11 AM - March to #EndHumanTrafficking - Volunteers will assist in welcoming guests and ushering them to the meeting location
Meet at Alternatives for Girls at 11 AM. The march will depart at 11:30 AM and return at 12 PM. Some pre-made signs will be available to share but making your own is encouraged!
12:15 PM - Educational Session for Parents & Youth - Volunteers will ensure the room is setup for the session, will usher guests to the room
Join us indoors for an engaging family-friendly session on human trafficking, including a special message for kids on internet safety.
1:30 PM - Food & Outside Fun - Volunteers will assist in keeping the food areas clean, and monitor the activity stations
Walking Tacos, Bouncy House, Live DJ, Train, Info Booths, Resources, & more!
List of volunteer duties:
- Registration – having people sign in after the march/before the presentation and to give out food tickets
- Food Service – volunteers to man to food table even though participants can serve themselves
- Bounce House and Train – man the bounce house and train just to make sure people are riding and playing appropriately
- Tent Set Up – to set up and break down the tents that will be there for participants to sit under
- Distribute Water – give water to the marchers especially if it’s really hot that day
- Restroom Monitor – to monitor who is going in and out to the restroom
