PURPOSE OF JOB: Plan party theme and purchase party supplies for children living at an emergency shelter. Able to raise or provide their own funds to purchase party supplies.

TIME COMMITMENT REQUIRED: 2 HOURS, including:

DUTIES
- Plan party theme, decorations, and activities (i.e. Space Exploration, Beach Bash, Sports, or Art Extravaganza)
- Plan small bags of party favors (no food or candy may be in these bags for safety)
- Estimate expenses and collect funds
- Purchase supplies for:
- Party decorations. The room in which the party will take place has three long 6 ft tables and one round table if you want to buy table coverings.
- Party activity supplies, enough for 20 children.
- Party favor bag supplies, enough for 20 children.
- Assemble party favor bags.
- Put all party supplies into one box.
- Email to arrange box pick-up
