We help Metro Detroit students by providing the motivation, support, and skills needed to graduate from high school and become self-reliant adults. Career mentors are volunteers who coach students as they progress through our program. Each session starts with a staff member who teaches the day's lesson, then career mentors participate with students in a planned and fun activity that reinforces the lesson. 90 percent of the students are people of color.
