Brilliant Cities is a neighborhood-powered model ensuring children 0-8 are school-ready, healthy, and supported. We do this by transforming houses into family-focused, community hubs and partner with organizations to coordinate research-based programs for children and families. These programs focus on education, health, and family support, giving young children and families what they need for a bright future.
Looking for a weekend volunteer opportunity? Our Central hub will be welcoming a community partner in the gathering space next week, and we’re looking for a few extra hands this Saturday, February 7th, between 12-3 p.m. or 3-6 p.m. to help refresh the upstairs space ahead of their arrival.
Volunteers will assist with rearranging furniture and organizing donation items to ensure the space is welcoming, well-organized, and ready for both our partner and our Brilliant participants. If you’re available for any part of the afternoon and interested in an act of service, we’d love to have you join us! With your support, we can keep our spaces fresh and ready to support our programs and community.
