What

Forsythe Middle School is hosting a FIRST Tech Challenge Robotics Event. We need volunteers to help judge the event. You will interact with students in the robot pit and other areas, watch competition matches, and select winners of various awards at the competition. 

When/Where
Date/Time: Saturday, November 9th, Time is roughly 7:30 am-7:30 pm (You must be able to commit for the whole time). Location: Forsythe Middle School, 1655 Newport Road, Ann Arbor, 48103.

Requirements
You must commit to volunteering for the entire time.

About this event

FIRST® Tech Challenge students work together with their mentors to design and build robots to compete in a dynamic and exciting challenge released every September. Teams program classroom-scale robots to follow autonomous commands before student drivers take control in two-on-two matches. 

On and off the field, students develop STEM skills, engage in community outreach, practice engineering innovation, and build confidence to help them succeed.
