Growing Hope is looking for volunteers to help build garden beds for Ypsilanti Residents!
During our installations, we will be building 4ft x 4ft wooden raised garden beds and shoveling compost to fill the beds. Experience with and or handling tools is greatly appreciated. Masks and your own form of transportation to and from the location of the build (all in Ypsi) are required.
Please wear clothes that can get dirty, including closed toes shoes (no flip flops or open-toe shoes are allowed on-site). We recommend bringing a water bottle and sunscreen (if needed).
