The Kitchen Manager: This person is task oriented and operates well within time constraints. They are driven by the results of their work and how those results positively affect people in need. They are naturally helpful and great observers. They enjoy building relationships with others and are not shy in supporting their peers. They would make a great sous chef or operations manager. This volunteer opportunity supports our Sunday meal service by directing volunteers, preparing and serving meals, packaging food, cleaning tables in the dining room and offering a smile and kind word to those we feed.
