Who We Are
Mission: To continuously provide services, resources, and support that will enable families, adults, seniors, and youth to overcome social, economic, educational, and other barriers that they face by gaining and sustaining successful outcomes in life.
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community that services families, youth and adults in urban and surrounding communities. Our vision is to rebuild, strengthen and empower individuals, families and youth in urban and surrounding communities, bringing the village back.
What We Do
Our services include, but are not limited to providing:
- Food and hygiene resources for low-income families, ALICE households adults, and homeless youth/adults.
- Youth (K-12 and age 18-24), family, adult and senior support services.
- Transition support services for youth ages 18-24.
- Financial literacy, life skills and employment readiness support services and workshops.
- College and vocational program preparation support; mentoring.
- Resources, referrals and community support to youth, adults, and seniors.
- Professional experience and job shadowing for college-aged adults and high school aged youth through our High School and College Internship program.
