Religious Action for Affordable Housing

We are members and non-members of local religious congregations who understand that a safe, decent home is essential for anyone as a base for improving one's own life or one's family's.

Religious Action for Affordable Housing (RAAH) has raised more than $700,000 locally since 2001 for selected projects in Washtenaw County that helped people get or keep a place to call home. Our mission is also telling religious congregations the facts about homelessness and about the local housing organizations that work to end it. Our members also advocate in the wider community for policies that improve access to decent housing.
