Who We Are
Mission: To promote the success of children, families, and our community through quality child care education, advocacy, and family support.
Established in 1971, Child Care Network (CCN) is a non-profit organization that has served the Michigan community by helping families find care, helping families pay for care, and helping early learning professionals provide quality child care. We serve children, families, and child care providers in the Southeastern Michigan counties of Branch, Genesee, Hillsdale, Jackson, Lenawee, Livingston, Monroe and Washtenaw.
What We Do
CCN supports child care providers, children and families through:
- Assisting low-income and homeless families with the cost of licensed care so they can work toward achieving self-sufficiency.
- Providing parents with information and education about how to choose quality child care and to help parents find the best child care to fit their needs.
- Providing training and support for early childhood professionals to improve the quality of care and to develop curriculum to improve the well-being of children and families.
Providing information, education and advocacy on issues affecting children’s well-being.
