Jewish Family Services

We are a multi-disciplinary, multi-service not for profit agency that has served Washtenaw County for over 30 years. We are dedicated to our mission and to providing the best service to our clients possible--and volunteers help us to extend those services.

JFS' motto is "Creating solutions, inspiring humanity, promoting dignity." We serve everyone in Washtenaw County and beyond, regardless of their religion, ethnicity, age, income, background, or nationality. Our safety net services include manufacturing and delivery Meals on Wheels and Medically Tailored Meals; supporting seniors and their caregivers; resettling refugees and other immigrants and helping them to integrate into American society; and supporting job seekers and small business start ups. We also provide transportation to seniors, and mental health counseling for adults, teens, children, couples, and groups.
