About Mud Day: Get muddy and messy with Apple Playschools at our 11th Annual Mud Day Celebration and Fundraiser. Join us June 27th, 10:00-12:30 at Leslie Science & Nature Center where kids and families of all ages can dive into the wonders of outdoor play. Make mud pies or cakes in our mud kitchen, create mud paintings and clay sculptures in the art studio, try out your skills at throwing mud, add a splash of color at our face painting station, and dip your feet or your whole body into the giant mud zone. You can cool off in our water play area or try your hand at Soaking a Friend at our Splash tower.
There are even plenty of low-mess activities for those who prefer a mud-free experience, as well as activities designed for infants and toddlers.
It’s the perfect opportunity to connect with friends and neighbors while supporting access to child care in our community. Proceeds from this event support our scholarship fund.
