We have a great family-friendly volunteer opportunity available for you! Our Washtenaw County Heart Walk is on May 6th at Eastern Michigan University’s Bowen Field House. We are looking for volunteers of all ages to help make this event the best ever! This is where you come in! On Friday, May 5, we will be setting up on campus from 10am until 7pm; on Saturday, May 6, we have two shifts available – 7am-10am & 9am-12pm. There are many positions to fill including set up & tear down, registration, route support, water stations, and Kids Zone.
If you can volunteer with us, please email deidre.butkus@heart.org with the following information – name, phone number, preferred volunteer position, time of volunteering (Friday 10am-7pm; Saturday 7am-10am or 9am-12pm).
