The Community Connect program is designed to provide people living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia and their care partners with a broad range of socialization and culturally significant events and outings.
Volunteer will assist staff with community outings providing individuals with dementia and their care partners with ongoing access to arts, cultural and social experiences.
