Summer means many happy things, but it also often means summer reading loss. We're hard at work combating this through programs such as Raising a Reader, ABC Mouse and Reading is Fundamental, but evaluation is needed to make sure we're moving the needle. Here's where you come in. We need twenty volunteers to be available to conduct quick reading assessments alongside staff with children throughout the city. The tests will take place between 11 am and 3 pm during the week of June 25th. You will receive information on testing options if you join the pool of volunteers.
