The Road to Home is SOS Community Services' largest fundraiser!
To make it a success, we need your help.
This year's event will be held Wed. Oct 2nd at Sesi Lincoln at 3990 Jackson Rd in Ann Arbor, MI from 6 PM- 9 PM. Volunteers are needed before, during, and after the event.
DURING EVENT- 4:30 PM-9:30 PM
The silent auction will use an online platform. In order to be properly trained, we are requesting that volunteers be available at 5 pm, one hour before the event. Possible duties include:
- check in guests using the auction software
- hand out guest name tags and auction numbers
- direct and greet guests
- assist catering team with busing tables
- help guests bid on auction items if they do not have a phone with them
- package up and give out appropriate auction items
- assist with clean up
- help load any unsold or unclaimed auction items into vehicles
- make sure Sesi Lincoln is totally cleared out so they can operate effectively the next morning
