Central Warehouse can accommodate 10-30 people. Shifts available are Monday-Thursday 9am-12pm or 1pm-3:30pm, Friday and *Select Saturday’s 9am-12pm (10am-12pm), closed the first Friday of every month and Sundays.
Volunteers that participate will be “cutting stock”, that is Focus: Hope lingo for opening boxes to prepare to put the commodities in boxes, load on pallets for delivery. This is a moderately physical activity. Long periods of active moving and standing are required.
Attire: We suggest volunteers dress comfortably and wear comfortable shoes (Keep in mind that the temperature inside the building may be cool during the cold months and hot during the warmer months.) No open toe shoes, jogging pants, shorts, tank tops/sleeveless shirts.
Additional Information: There is limited storage space, please leave personal items in a secure place.
