Help make the winter holidays a magical experience for Brilliant Detroit kids! Each of our 12 hubs will host a COVID-safe holiday celebration and we would love to be able to give each child we serve a holiday gift this year!
Whether you represent an organization or would like to gather items yourself, we invite you to host a holiday toy drive where you can collect toys and games to donate to Brilliant Detroit.
Please note the following:
- The toys and games should be for babies through 8 year olds (the age range that Brilliant Detroit serves)
- All items should be new and unwrapped. This helps us appropriately allocate the gifts to our sites.
- We are also collecting wrapping paper, bows and other packaging materials. These materials do not have to be new.
- In responding to this need, please indicate if you are collecting items as an individual or on behalf of an organization.
- When you sign up, you will be asked to schedule a drop-off at our headquarters (5675 Larkins Street, Detroit, MI 48210) during one of the time frames below. Please select a time slot during which you would like to drop off the collected goods:
- The week of 12/6-12/10 (Monday through Friday 10:00am-4:00pm)
- If the above dates don't work or you would prefer that the items are picked up (for large donations only), please email Aryeh Perlman at aperlman@brilliantdetroit.org to make other arrangements
