Join United Way for Southeastern Michigan at Herrington Elementary for Career Week!
Business professionals from a variety of companies and industries will come together to share information about their workplace, their job, and the education and skills that are required for success in their careers. 12 volunteers are needed per shift from March 13 through March 16, in the morning (9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.) and afternoon (1:30 - 3:30 p.m.) Volunteers will give a 30 minute presentation to the students and we recommend preparing a PowerPoint presentation and activities for the students to enjoy (such as presentation boards, awards, props, etc.). Refreshments will be provided.
Volunteers may sign up for as many shifts as they would like.
