Join Washtenaw County Parks to plant trees—lots of trees!—at parks and preserves throughout Washtenaw County. We’ve picked 800 trees (and a few shrubs) that will create habitat (lots of oak trees), sequester carbon dioxide, absorb stormwater, and much more. Learn tree planting tips and tricks that you can take home, joining the effort to solve pressing environmental challenges. Make 2024 the year you plant a tree!
