As we near the date we welcome our first cohorts of guests to the Pope Francis Center's Bridge Housing Campus, we need to put some finishing touches on the studio apartments where our residents will stay! Volunteers will assist with the following projects:
- Laundry - we've purchased TONS of new linens (sheets, towels, blankets) that all need to be washed before using. Volunteers will use our NEW industrial washing machines to get those items ready for use! Full instruction will be provided.
- Room Cleanup - dusting surfaces and mopping floors to remove any dust that's gathered over the past couple of months.
- Room Prep - installing shower curtains, dressing beds, setting towels, and delivering hygiene items so rooms are ready for our first group of residents!
Volunteers should come in comfortable shoes & clothing. All supplies necessary to complete tasks will be provided. No previous experience is required!
