On 24 nights, Wild Lights at the Detroit Zoo lights up the night with over 5 million holiday lights. Thousands of visitors come each night to enjoy the festivities. Volunteers are needed to act as greeters and pathway guides to help answer visitor questions and keep everyone safely on the 1/2 mile trail. Volunteer shifts are 3 hours in length and there are 2 different shift times to choose from.
Volunteers must be at least 14 years of age (with adult chaperone). Each volunteer must sign a waiver of liability form and adult volunteers may be required to complete a criminal background check.
