On 24 nights the Detroit Zoo lights up the night with a dazzling display of 5 million holiday lights. Wild Lights volunteers are needed to help greet guests and direct them safely along the 1/2 mile trail. This is an outdoor opportunity with short breaks indoors.
Dates: Nov 30, Dec 1, 2, 7, 8 , 9, 14, 15, 16, 20, 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31.
Time: Fri/Sat 5:30-8:30 or 7:00-10:15 p.m.; Sun/weekdays 5:30-8:30 or 6-9:15 p.m.
As an added bonus, for every two volunteer shifts completed, you earn one free ticket to Wild Lights on the night of your choice.

The Detroit Zoological Society does not participated in court-ordered community service.
Volunteers must be at least 14 years old (accompanied by an adult).
